We began our journey as CSMT (Choyal School of Milling Technology), a specialized institution focused on equipping students and professionals for successful careers in the food processing and milling industry. As the world evolved and the needs of both students and the agribusiness sector expanded, we recognized the importance of growing with it.

To meet these changing demands and broaden our impact, we transformed into
CHARGE — the Choyal Hub for Agribusiness, Research, Growth, and Entrepreneurship. Today, CHARGE stands as a dynamic knowledge, research, and innovation hub dedicated to advancing India’s agribusiness ecosystem. We are committed to nurturing the next generation of agri-entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and researchers through a diverse range of certified training programs, applied research initiatives, incubation services, and business development opportunities.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between education, enterprise, and innovation, driving sustainable growth and creating meaningful opportunities in the agribusiness sector. CHARGE is a CSR initiative by the R.S. Choyal Group, committed to knowledge sharing and industry development., Choyal Group is an ISO 9001-2000 accredited in the field of Manufacturing from 1966 & Exports from 1970 and is aimed at promoting purposeful skill-oriented technical education in food technology. We believe that what we take from society has to be given back, hence CHARGE run on a no-profit- no-loss basis.
We offer a wide range of courses including hands-on Technical Training, Seminars and Workshops around the world. We implement programs through our training centre and on–job training facility located in Arjunpura District Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.

For over 60 years, the R.S. Choyal Group has helped grow India’s grain milling and food processing industry. Starting in 1966, the company built high-quality machines and began exporting to the world in the 1970s.
CHARGE continues this journey by helping the agribusiness sector grow faster and smarter. We support farmers, entrepreneurs, and youth with the tools and training they need to succeed in today’s changing market.

Agribusiness Research
At CHARGE, we believe in solving real problems through research. We work with scientists, universities, and industry leaders to create new ideas and better food solutions.

Recent research includes:
 “Innovative Flour Processing and Functional Blends” – This study shows how mixing different types of flour can help people with diabetes and heart problems.
 “Millets: A Sustainable Solution” – This research shows how millets (like bajra and ragi) are good for health, easy to grow, and helpful in fighting today’s lifestyle diseases.
